01Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using the TightBlocks service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

02Account Registration and Security

To use our service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others without our written permission.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our service.

03Acceptable Use Policy

04Service Availability and Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the service at any time.
• We are not liable for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or third-party failures.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the service.

05Payment Terms

The following terms apply to all paid subscriptions:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected during registration.
• All prices are in CHF unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice to existing customers.
• Refunds are provided only at our sole discretion and in accordance with our refund policy.
• Late payments may result in service suspension or termination. We may charge interest on overdue amounts.
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and charges related to your subscription.

06Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the service are owned by TightBlocks and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service for your internal business purposes only.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on our service without our express written permission.
• You retain ownership of content you upload to our service, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process such content to provide the service.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about our service may be used by us without compensation or attribution.

07Data and Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

08Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

• Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and data.
• We will retain your data for up to 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We do not warrant that the service will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
• We do not warrant that the service will be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed in any third-party materials or services linked to our service.

10Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or CHF 100, whichever is greater.

• We are not liable for any indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, or special damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• In no event shall our total liability exceed the fees you have paid to us in the past 12 months.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TightBlocks and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

12Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TightBlocks operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising from these terms.

13Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these terms, the parties agree to:

• First attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations.
• If negotiations fail, submit the dispute to mediation with a mutually agreed mediator.
• If mediation fails, submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration association in our jurisdiction.

14Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the 'Last Updated' date.

15Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TightBlocks regarding the use of the service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
